It was a sunny and nice day, we did rock-n-roll in WARD B today !!!
A resident at Boyd/Mallory: "Get these guys out"
CIRCULATOR: "Please sign, Sir"
Resident: " I dont want to, they will take revenge"

A resident at West Side/Union: "30 years, nothing has happened, this is Hudson County, I wanted change; no body cares, this is a corrupt place, I am moving out, I used to pay $85 as rent today I am paying more than $1000; you fight against one machine, another machine takes over, you guys will learn..."
CIRCULATOR: "but, we can't give up, if we don't STAND UP it is status quo"
His wife: "I will sign, I am moving out, still, the forth coming generations should not suffer like how we suffered here."

MARION Section in front of CHURCH...
Resident: "yea, we should move them out, we all should sign"
Within 5 minutes we got lots of signatures there....
WE ARE ALL SET TO ROLL-OUT SECOND ROUND OF PETITIONS NOW !!!

Oct 11th MONDAY...
One CIRCULATOR about the hail: "I thought team Healy was throwing stones at my car !!!"
The other CIRCULATOR...
"I am very excited. Been home and working in my neighborhood for about an hour. The owner of a bakery, said he will help us. This is very good news. I want to get a poster for him to put in his window! This is good. With all the people I talk to, NO ONE defends Healy and his gang. Only reasons people don't sign is if family member is a city worker and they are afraid of retaliation or if they have given up completely and don't think anyone in politics is honest. it is sad. But it gives me more reason to fight to get rid of them!!!!!!! "

I was in MLK/Stegman...
As we got down from the car, as we were stepping out from the car, we picked up few BULLET CAPS(I was told it is bullet caps). I have never touched any bullets or bullets caps in my life. I brought home two of them. We were advised don't hangout all by ourselves... But, the good news is we got few signatures. People are keen to listen, mostly women; one lady said, "first place, these people should NOT be there at all". Life goes on there.............!!!

It was a kinda so so day... We did NOT get enough helping hands in Ward B !!!
I did collect few in front of A&P in Holland Gardens (lot of people who shop there are not from Jersey City, they exit Holland Tunnel and shop here or from Hoboken).
One lady said, "Even though Mayor is doing a terrible job, I don't want to sign because, RECALL ELECTION is very expensive" !!!
I replied, "Is it ? leaving them in the office is causing more damage to us", but she has made up her mind !!!

It was a great day today...
I met Rob Healy ( I dont know whether he is related to Mayor Healy or not) but, he did say you are recalling me; He gave his jcbarguide.com business card... I gave him a FREE RECALL Team Healy T-shirt... He asked, "are you sure" ? I said, YES...
.....
Then, this person in Hamilton Park does NOT want to sign the petition because, he is a buddy of Mayor Healy; He said, he sits and drinks with him. I told him, "you should sign so that he can spend more time with you"; he replied, "no, i like him, he renovated this park..."

When I mentioned this to another person who was signing the petition, he said, "I heard that the developers paid for this park"...

Another person asked me, "how is it going ?"... I told him, "we are doing good"... we finished the circulation of 1100 sheets (5000 signatures) that we printed; we need more money to print the next 1100 sheets; we are selling t-shirts and collecting some money; we are just in the third week; he gave $20 and told, sell my t-shirt to some one else; One more person also didnt want the t-shirt, even though he gave $20, then, I told him, this is HISTORIC event. Please keep it.... he took it (he wanted a medium one but I had only large one.. sorry..) !!!
